About

Pocket Offline started as a shared notes file between three friends who kept losing internet on trains and needed something to do. Instead of scrolling, we played, and instead of forgetting, we wrote it down. The list grew until a notes file wasn't enough anymore.,We only cover games that stay useful offline. If a title locks half its content behind a permanent connection, it usually doesn't make the cut, or we say so loudly. Every game gets played for real hours, not five minutes for a screenshot.,Our picks come from browsing store charts, reader emails and plain word of mouth. We rotate genres on purpose, because someone who loves puzzles today might want a slow city builder tomorrow.,Nobody here gets told what to write. We keep the tone the way we'd talk about a game to a friend, warts and all.
